Springs Christian Academy
Springs Christian Academy, a subsidiary of Expert Projects and Training Solutions, (www.epts.co.za ) aim to deliver world class training, geared for quality within the occupational training space. Our focus in collaborating with our partners to deliver exceptional services and achieve excellent results throughout different sectors at various levels, catering for major turnkey solutions in the educational space and enhancing employment opportunities for the unemployed youth
The Academy’s strategic plan takes into account the following priority areas to ensure more effective teaching and learning and an improvement in student achievement and success. These strategic priority focus areas are:
- Growth and expansion of access and articulation opportunities for the youth;
- Improvement of quality and success in terms of the academic achievement and certification of students;
- Partnerships and linkages with industry, sector education and training authorities (SETAs) and/or other professional bodies and/or institutions of Basic and Higher Education to adequately prepare student graduates to enter the labour market and/or further and higher learning opportunities;
- Systemic capacity building and efficiency;
- Institutional governance, management and leadership;
- Institutional governance, management and leadership;
- Any other pertinent strategic focus for the academy.
